 Principal's Notes

*Senior Awards Night: May 12 at 7pm in the HS Gym.  This is a chance to honor our graduating seniors with presentations of awards, scholarships and to recognize accomplishments.  A short reception follows the program.

* Spring Carnival:  Friday, May 13th Pine River Middle School,  5:30-7:30pm.  Come enjoy games, silent auction, food, prizes, book fair, etc. 

*Senior Exams: These will take place on May 16th and 17th.  Seniors are expected to attend both days, all day.  Please see the senior information list for additional important dates. 

*8th grade Dinner and Formal Dance: May 25th at 6pm in the HS Cafeteria.  This is our annual event, special to our 8th grade students as they complete middle school and become high school students.  

Testing schedule - week of May 16
Monday:  ELA 7 and Science 7 make-ups
Tuesday through Thursday:  Math 7 PT and CAT
Thursday:  Mi-Access for 6th and 7th
Friday: Make-ups for 7th grade testing

May 15:        Senior Celebration (Baccalaureate) - 6pm HS Gym

May 16/17:   Senior exams - attend regular schedule both days

May 18:        Graduation practice - 9am sharp (required to graduate)

May 19:        Senior outing to Craig's Cruisers - 8:30am sharp departure

May 22:        Graduation for Class of 2016 - 2pm, HS Gym (seniors must be

                     here by 1:30pm

June 10:       Baker Early College Graduation

June 30:       FAFSA deadline (currently open on fafsa.ed.gov

*All financial obligations must be met to take part in graduation.  (class dues, lunch charges, library fines, band/shop expenses, etc )
